"Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the and the blind can see”
--Mark Twain

"Kindness is in our power, even when fondness is not."
-- Samuel Johnson

"Don't forget to be kind to strangers. For some who have done
this have entertained angels without realizing it."
- Hebrews 13:2

Wanted to leave you with something that was true, but sadly not reality for a lot of the world.

I happen to think that some of you are Angels...

I'm stepping away for a bit- but I'll be around.

More bad dreams- just when I thought all was settled.
Maybe I am just tired?

K9- this pic is mostly for you :) A little sunshine...
Schaumi- Even though I am blonde...I'm good looking? LOL! You are the best! :)
X~ I hope all is well with you.
Lux- I will keep looking for your story :)
/t- the curtains will be finished today.
EOR- I know you are busy- I took care of things as I saw best and right :)

To all the rest- I'll be back soon :)

Okay, so YOUR quotes ARE better! Have a good time away, Fair Mayden.

so, sometimes it's best NOT t'ask, for the answer may be vexing...

For example, all day today it's been so very hard t'not think of a huge vat of vannilla pudding and y'all just peeking up from it with that smile of yers.....

Cora, I guess I'll have to wait around and see what's up. But if you need to step away, that's okay. We all do from time to time, especially since blogging inhales time.

We'll still miss you. I hope e-mailing is still in your repertoire of activities.

Pretty much we're all up on the site that you see there. As far as I can tell, Enemy's is the highest valued.

Best wishes for you always, dear.

Kindness to strangers... you never know the persons you may mistreat could have ended up saving your life one day. Life has a way of teaching us that lesson.

I found this same thing at Kate's blog....
leessee if I can remember the address...
She had gotten the same thing, and pretty much down to the numbers and all.

On the other hand, I suggested that if they send ya a check free and clear, no strings attached, cash it quick.
If they ask fer money, tell'em "pass on that, slick!"

Enjoy the rest. I do not know the reason you have bad dreams, I haven't known you that long, but I think of you and wish for them to go away :)

Keep smiling.

what a lucky dog ive been to have the maydens attention for these weeks...and now you are leaving during my righteously earned time! grrrowwwlf!

dont be mackin on the marines at the beach or they may find the seats of their jams shredded! and, i might mess up the pretty white beach in a childish rottie fit of jealousy.

enjoy the break, and are you taking a cow with you as per lady janes advice? fickle animal lover!

miss you.

Hi--Having the bad dream problem myself often, I predict that time away from the daily stress will help a lot!
Was thinking about the computer curtains while reading about Feng Shui--apparently it is highly recommended to cover your TV, computer, etc. when not using them, to avoid their distracting nervous energy. Curtains? Classier than throwing a towel over it, I think.
Come back refreshed!

Oh, and I love the quotes! Thanks.

Miss E- I wish I was going somewhere! It's more about focus, writing, and tending to some sensitive things~

SJ- :) I have finished those pills and I am still short! lol! ;)

Malinda...thank you :) I wish I had a swimming pool to just float around in all day :)

Lux- I will be in touch- and I loved your story. So beautiful and well told :)

K9- I'm here...just not blogging for a few days :) A cow? :)
I will be visiting you daily- I need at least one smooch a day!
I'm needy- sorry! :P

Firebird, I was just thinking this morning that I should put some kind of a curtain over the tv in the bedroom. We rarely watch it...but it is just a big black space when it's off. Good to see you today :)

How about aquarium cling ons for the TV? Will that change the energy flow? LOL.
