Holidays are coming :)

--
Wow!
Take a look at this gourd!

This season is a busy time for me-
Today I've been weather stripping doors, and yesterday I was caulking things outside the house- and there is loads more to do.

In early November I begin all my baking- making the various cookie dough for all the cookies I bake and I put the dough in the freezer, makes December baking alot easier. I often make breads, cakes, pies, choc. covered peanut butter balls, home-made fudge and many other treats- mostly to give away to friends and neighbors...but it's no wonder I have to walk all year! :)

Anyway- this is not a farewell post- but I realize how limited my time will be in the coming weeks and it will show at Mayden's Voyage. I've also got a few scarves to make that I would like to give away- I haven't knitted anything since February!
Been blogging too much :)

If you have a favorite color (or 2!)- let me know :)

I will finish the serpent story and post it.

Hugs to everyone :) (smooch to K9- of course :)

Hey, we all have to take time out from blogging to live every once in awhile.
Send cookies.

We all have to slow down from blogging to take care of the actual stuff around us... do visit from time to time though..and, of course, you can email anytime.

Iamnot...I'll send cookies when it gets cooler on your end of the planet- and when you give me an address :)

/t- Thank you :) My life is full- but growing up in a very large family, the motto was, "There's always room for one more."
You are included :)

Schaumi- You seem to balance things well...I admire that in you. Don't tell me it's a show- I know some of the things you have on your plate- and if you didn't have some balance you wouldn't be able to manage the kids, mom, the house, and your job! :)
I will be in touch...and I'll be here, just not as much.
Thank you :)

Libby- :) Love it. I think I have dark blue yarn- if not, I know where to find some :)

K9- honestly- I would make you SO fat if you lived close to me! :)
I sent you a note about the meatloaf- but it's the pot roast that would make a dog do tricks :)

I can't wait to see what you send in the mail! XOXO :)

I like to bake. My husband used to grow pumpkins and bake pies from them. I am a horrible pie baker, but I'm good at almost everything else.

Thanks for your prayers, my friend.

That little girl is out of her gourd!

(Hey, SOMEBODY was bound to say it ...)

your WHAT???? NO WAY I will miss you too much!

On the flip side, you gotta do what you gotta do. I think this thing like many other things has a shelf life, then you need to break. I tried to break but totally missed it here! It is like a drug for me(and legal, not fattening and good for presonal growth!)

Stay in touch

Have you gone beta on us?

I go to blogs that are updated daily, blogs that are updated less than once a week, and even a few that barely get updated once a month. I enjoy them all. Blog when you feel like it. That is always the best way.
